Hardware Warranty

All of the hardware components have a 1 year warranty. In the event that the hardware fails, please contact me at prairiedogcollarco@gmail.com so we can arrange repair on your item. 

Examples of broken hardware would be if the trigger snap breaks or stops working, D-rings, O-rings or rivets break. 

Broken hardware will be replaced free of charge. All required shipping for products to be repaired is at buyer's expense.

We do not cover any damage caused by your pet, misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to chewing or biting, changes to the material from your pet's natural oils in their coats, scratching on hardware components, or colour changes to hardware components.

Our matte black hardware is powder coated, so it is perfectly normal for it to scratch over time. Our quick release buckles are plated, so please note that over time, the hardware may scratch or begin to change colour. This is completely normal and will not be covered under warranty.
