⏳️ What’s your processing time?
Custom orders take a bit more love and time—please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing. These will also ship out on a Thursday within that time frame.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Once your order ships, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Thanks so much for your understanding and support of small batch, handmade work.
📦 How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Every order is tracked—you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s ready.
📍 Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at Global Pet Foods located at 1855 Grant Ave, Winnipeg, MB.
Processing times remain the same—once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details.
🛠 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We do our best to ensure everything arrives just right, but if something’s wrong, please inspect your order and reach out right away. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.
